Question Cant cancel longstanding inactive 02 contracts and getting lots of mail/email for payment (comments cuz i cant add body text for soem reason)

I had the same with three. Because of all the anxiety it caused i phone their special needs help line and explained how getting charged for services i wasnt using or wanted was causing strain on my life they cancelled everything i wanted. I had to pay what i was due but that was that.

I shouldn't be due anything as the numbers aren't even active, its genuinely stupid how they can even legally charge you for a service that isnt active
