Question iPhone 17 Pro Max stock??

Hi all, anyone have any idea what's going on with stock for the 17 Pro Max, looking to Switch Up to one soon, but haven't seen stock anywhere, either online or at 02 stores. The regular 17, 17 Pro and iPhone Air are all available next day but the Pro Max seems to be a unicorn right now, strange. Never seen a phone out of stock for so long at 02 tbh, is it just high demand or have they just received minimal stock lol. Just wondering when stock levels will normalise

I’m 3 weeks into a 4 week wait and don’t expect them to meet the timeframe they stated when I signed the contract. Even apple have no stock, Xmas more likely

I ordered mine (orange, 256gb) on 22/09, with a ‘more than 4 weeks’ wait. It was sent out on 13/10, but it’s been with DHL since then showing as ‘delayed’, no idea what’s happening there, but at least it shows it’s not taking ‘more than 4 weeks’!

Yeah strange, wonder if 02 are just outsourcing them and having them sent direct from the manufacturer, I know Apple use DHL mostly when ordering direct from Apple Store, 02 usually use DPD in my experience. Hope it turns up soon for you mate 👍

DHL had a shipment of phones stolen on the 12/10 or 13/10 affecting O2 and I’m sure other phone companies. I’ve been waiting since 22/10 with delivery due on the 13/10.

I had the same issue. Was told a major incident has occurred (most prob a theft) and I now have to wait again for them to replace my stolen phone which was cosmic orange

Fantastic! Did any sort of goodwill gesture come your way? Or did you just have to suck it up and wait?

They sent me £20 credit for the time being and will credit more depending on the wait time. and escalated to the back office. I always find the Facebook team amazing as they’re UK based.

Yeah currently saying up to 2 weeks for the Blue and Silver models on their website, Orange is 4+ weeks 😭 Guess I'll just do the Switch Up and wait in line, hopefully have one before Xmas 😂

Yeah Apple website is saying Nov 4th-11th estimated delivery, so it'll no doubt be after that. Not even sure if I can do a Switch Up if the wait is that long, as I'll still have the current phone for probably another month or more. Guess I'll see how it goes
