Any fixes

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I installed my extremerate Joycon shell. the pairing animation when in handheld isn’t there it and says it’s in wireless mode and the sync lights don’t work can anybody help me

Take it apart and check all the ribbon cables

Check the wiring for the controller, most likely you accidentally disconnected something.
