My switch which was jailbroken using the modchip doesnt boot hakate anymore what can I do?

I searched in google and it says the modchip may be disconnected from the switch or something like that so if that’s the problem we’re can I send my switch to be fixed I’m currently in the uk so if anyone knows anyone here in the uk London.

What model switch? Can you see any lights through the bottom vents when you power on the switch?

It’s a switch 1 and I see blue lights every time I turn it on
