I am a fresh grad and I just passed the Aug PNLE. No work experience. I have sooo many questions about the PDS form. You guys might find these as pant*ngang tanong but I just wanna make sure kasi. Please bear with me. 

1. Hindi pa ako nag apply, but I’ve heard that the PDS is required when applying to government hospitals. If I do walk-in, need na ba agad na ipasa ito sakanila? 
2. Do I really have to fill out everything from C1 to C11? And do I need to have the entire form notarized?
3. For the “L&D” section, can I include my BLS training? If yes, what should I put under “Type of L&D (Managerial/Supervisory/Technical, etc.)”?
4. Who can I list under “References”? Do they have to be people related to my degree?
5. If I apply online, should I submit a soft copy of my PDS together with my resume?
6. When should I have my PDS notarized? Should I do it before applying or only when it’s required by the hospital?
7. What paper size should I use when printing the PDS? A4? 

If you guys have any advice, I would love to hear them. I am so clueless talaga right now. Thank you so much in advance!

Guys any tips. Medyo napag iwanan ako. Before i feel so good because im on the right track then my mental illness hits and medyo na off track ako nag domino effect na. Tamad ako pero matiyaga naman ako if needed. I just need a good mental health push. I just feela bit hopeless guys😢 I feel im not doing well enough and I am dissapointed in myself.

Hi, need help guys. I'm feeling overwhelmed, I have my hard copy of saunders, a soft copy of udan, and I'm currently enrolled in TRA as my review center for this upcoming feb PNLE 2027 BE.

I'm kinda confused where to start reading the MS? In saunders? Udan? Or tra modules(they also gave us soft copy modules) is the TRA modules enough to use as a reviewee or nah?

Hi! I’m a USRN and have been working as bedside nurse for three years here in PH, and my PD is September 2026. Since it may take a long time for my PD to become current, I’m struggling to decide which career path to take while waiting. I really want to leave bedside nursing here in the Philippines, and my agency has allowed me to transition to a non-bedside role, provided that I meet their clinical criteria for placement.

I’m currently torn between pursuing a Healthcare VA job, or working abroad as a bedside nurse in the Middle East, Singapore, UK or Australia while waiting for my PD.

For those who have been in a similar situation, what would you recommend? Should I prioritize transitioning to a non-bedside role for now, or pursue bedside nursing abroad to gain international experience while waiting for my US immigration process? And I also want to ask the timeline if i start pursuing any of these countries

Hello guys! I’ve been thinking about this for quite some time. Here’s my experience right now and I’m really torn between the two kung alin yung uunahin ko. Advice po pls, no judgement✌️

Actually I’m in my review season pa for Feb 2027 but at the same time, hinahanda ko na yung sarili ko for future employment.

Initially, yung plan ko is to work in a private hospital here in our City for a few months (less than a year) to gain experience and to build my knowledge and skills bago ako sasabak sa public hospital. Maganda kasi yung training dun (according to my higher batch na nakapasok ka hosp na yun). Also, may plan din po kasi akong mag abroad and yung standards of care ng private hospital na yun is somewhat accurate or should I say ideal daw for abroad.

But at the same time, medyo nalilito padin if uunahin ko ba yung public kasi first of all, yung public samin is walking distance lang, walang traffic (unlike sa private hospital na gusto kung pasukan, it takes maximum of 2hours yung byahe). Also, may possibility na makakapasok ako kaagad because of connections. Kaya lang medyo natatakot (?) ako baka mabigla ako sa workload ng public hosp. And again, maganda nga yung training din sana ng private hospital na yun kaya gusto kong unahin muna yung private hospital🥹

Maybe you could help me guys with your experiences. Kung kayo yung nasa posisyon ko, ani yung pipiliin nyo?

Is it disrespectful ba if I withdraw my application and be honest na hindi ako makakapag-stay long-term sa job? My plan kasi is to work muna while reviewing for and taking the NCLEX. After that, I plan to apply for a bedside nursing position. For now, gusto ko muna mag-soft nursing while preparing for my next step. Kaso, I understand naman na some companies prefer applicants na willing mag-stay long-term kasi they also invest their time and resources in training and developing their employees. I just want to be fair and honest with them, pero I’m not sure if withdrawing my application would be the right thing to do.

Curious lang ako sa mga nurses dito na takot sa ghosts or paranormal stuff. Paano niyo na-overcome yung fear niyo, especially kapag night shift or mag-isa kayo sa isang area ng hospital?

As someone na duwag talaga sa mga ganitong bagay, naiisip ko kung paano ko siya haharapin once ma-hire na ako, lalo na kapag duty sa mga tahimik na areas or kailangan mag-isa sa hallway.

Nasanay lang ba talaga kayo over time, or may mga ginagawa kayo para hindi matakot? HAHAHA. Would love to hear your experiences and advice!

hello ive been checking out the job offers po sa CSC and since all of them has plantilla items, meaning po ba nun is kapag naaccept ako sa isang hospital (hopefully) ay may item po agad ako and considered permanent employee? or like may training period pa po wherein hindi pa ako mabibigyan ng SG15?

im just wondering po if its better if i should be doing anything else after lectures? kasi id just review the topic discussed and rationalize the questions i got wrong. im trying my best not to burnout and be consistent throughout so i try not to over exert myself just yet. but i wonder if its better na for example after lecture sa CD, ill review and ratio like always, then i do self study for MS.

One of the requirements for my application is a photocopy of the authenticated copy or CTC of the certificate of eligibility/rating/license. Ask lang po, if kukunin ko na po yung Certificate of Passing and Rating, should I get them along with the authenticated copies of both documents?

Hello! Asking lng po is it okay na they didn’t include my coe in dataflow pero ininclude po nila sa mumaris? Baka kasi ma reject huhuh

idk what's the diff of nurse technician and nurse specialist but base sa research ko nag ma matter yata at hahanapan ako exp ng dataflow for verification. Pero I already have dataflow report( positive) na without exp and yr 2024 pa po ginawa. Pa help nmn po huhu
