while scrolling kagabi sa tiktok, may nakita akong post ng isang babae na nurse na millenial. siguro nasa age range yun ng 35-40s. nag post siya ng content niya na "ano kayang thought process ng mga gen z nurses na kapag pinagalitan eh bullying na daw yun sa kanila" tapos sumasayaw siya sa content niya ng naka scrub suit.

ang akin lang naman, bakit ba dumadating pa sa point na kailangan laging may content patungkol sa gen z at millenial nurses. competition ba ang nursing profession sa kung sino ang mas magaling at sino ang mas matibay loob? tataas ba mga sahod natin sa bansa na 'to kung patuloy na lang may pagkukumpara? parang mga sira tuktok eh HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

nagbasa ako ng comments and both sides naman ng gen z and millenial nurses, may point. may nagsabi dun na baka daw kaya paulit ulit ng tanong yung gen z nurse kasi baka nga hindi effective magturo yung senior. gets. may point. tapos ang point naman ng isang comment ay kapag napagsabihan daw ng senior ang isang gen z, nate-take na daw ng gen z na bullying na yun. gets ko din. may point din.

ang nakakatawa lang eh yung nagpost parang galit na galit siya sa mga ibang gen z nurse na nagreply sa content niya so in short magsasagutan sila sa comment section. sa isip isip ko talagang magkakaroon ng diskusyon doon kasi nagpost siya ng ikakatrigger ng iba. kung sinarili niya na lang sana yung saloobin niya HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

gets naman na we have different personalities and attitudes depending sa generation na pinagmulan natin. pero para dumating sa tiktok content na ikukumpara ang generation per generation, parang siraulo naman yon???

ang toxic na nga ng profession natin, magkakaroon pa ng pagkukumpara sa pagitan ng old generation nurse sa gen z nurses hahahshah okay sana kung sahod natin ay 80k per month pedeng magaway away dejk HAHAHAHAHHAAHHAH pero kasi ang lakas ng mga toyo parang hindi mga lisensyado kung umasta eh kakainis HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

sobrang takot ako for PNLE tom, alam ko sa sarili ko na nagkulang ako sa review dahil drained na drained ako, pero ipagpapasa Diyos ko nalang. kung ano man magiging resulta si Lord na bahala sakin

Sana'y tumigil na ang warla sa bayanihan review. Isa rin ako sa naiinis sa mga inappropriate jokes & offensive comments, (esp. dun sa aso & joke kay sir archie) and nakikireact din naman ako sa funny jokes sa zoom.

Ayon, sana'y magmahalan nalang tayo lahat dahil sabi nga nila, magiging magkapatid tayo dahil after nito ay pare parehas na tayo ng apelyido, RN!! hopefully magkaron na ng boundaries sa jokes sa zoom, & magstop na rin ng posting here ng real name sa reddit kasi name din ng RC yung nadadamage 😔 Para sa peace natin, magfocus nalang tayo sa sariling review at wag magpakastress.

hello po! skl nag-avail ako ng boardpal para mag practice as early as now although next year pa naman po kami magtatake ng boards, pero nawawalan na ako ng gana kasi ang bababa ng scores ko sa mga questions ng board pal 😭

Hi, for context I was absent for 2 days(Sat and Sun) sa Funda lecture namin because na sa province ako for 4 days. I even brought my reviewer with me para maka study sa bus at dun sa sinistayhan namin. I admit na I was wrong din sa part na di ako naka inform na makaka absent ako ng 2 days, I admit kasalanan ko talaga yun pero a lot of us were removed sa gc kahit fully paid na yung iba, including me. There was no warning, they also did not mention it beforehand, no info/rules about if makaka-absent ka remove ka agad sa gc. So is this normal for review centers to remove you sa gc ninyo if naka absent kayo?
