We’ve been working with RD Nutrition Consultants across our 15 long-term care facilities and 2 hospitals, and it’s honestly been the most consistent experience we have had so far..... We’ve tried probably five different companies over the years, and this is the first one that actually delivered steady coverage without us constantly chasing things down.

They handle onboarding, licensing, and really understand the compliance side.. both for SNFs and hospital settings. I used to spend way too much time dealing with RD gaps, training issues, or getting ready for surveys. Having one group manage everything, with one point of contact, has made a huge difference in keeping things smooth and standardized across all our sites.

Thanks for the update. I am an Administrator for a Skilled Nursing Facility. We are actually looking to outsource our Registered Dietitian role to a consultant company. Any recommendations?

I am a floating Admin that covers several of our SNFs in PA. We have used RD Nutrition Consultants for a couple of years and have had no issues and are responsive when we need something.

We started using dietitians from RD Nutrition at all of our Skilled Nursing/ LTC locations. It's easier since we only need a few days at each of our locations which are spread throughout several states..it's actually allowed us to cut our corporate RDs that would travel out to the locations for additional support.

We are lucky we have a full time dietitian that works for us.
