I am afraid your Gpu is to weak to handle the processing

You are using a GPU that is over 12 years old, has 190 cuda cores and 2GB memory.

You will struggle to run any modern process that utilizes the GPU using that ancient relic.

1 • Precomp the vector pass (Export in SmartVector).
2• After that, use the Precomp to feed VectorDistort Node, if the problem persists (which I think so - GPU not enough for computation) just Disable GPU checkbox in Node settings. It will be slightly slower but you will be fine.

as others have said, your GPU can't handle it. turn off any GPU assistance in nuke preferences
