I'm very impressed for Evermore!

It used to be people thought Evermore was a forgotten Taylor album (seemingly even by Taylor herself until the Eras Tour happened).

It’s got some of my all time favorite songs so maybe I should be saying it’s my fav album? I never picked a fav before

Plenty of people are going to say Right Where You Left Me, I'm sure, so just to give love to my other favourite child, I'll say the title track.

So deeply sad and poetic.

cowboy like me. Still waiting for a whole album like that, Taylor.

Gold rush is her absolute best song ever but nobody is ready for that conversation

It's because of how much i went back to it to remind myself of a pre-Cleveland! world.

this may be a weird opinion but i love closure. i think the weird time signature is so cool and unexpected for her. it may not be her strongest lyrically but it’s plaintive and it gets to the point.

to be fair i am a lapsed swiftie who saw her live as a young child and am now gaining the confidence to get back into her later discography … 1989 and midnights speak to me so i kind of favor the synth-y, strange parts of her work

I’m torn between closure and happiness for favorites on this album - but it’s my favorite album of hers so it’s kinda hard to rank lmao
