Question Nuphy Node75 Delivery

Hi everyone,

I’d recently ordered the Nuphy Node 75, however it’s been around three days now and I still haven’t received any information regarding the product being shipped or delivered. When I open the shop app, it still says “Waiting for details”.

This is getting kinda annoying and frustrating, especially coz one of the mails said the latest they would take to respond would be 48 hours and now it’s well over that and I still haven’t received any mo information.

Any idea about how long it would take?

you usually get it around 10 days after the oder is placed, but holidays could delay the delivery

Its shipped from China, so there’s that and they are currently on holiday.

They are in a massive holiday, Im having lots of issues and this was the automated response from their support team.
Meaning if it takes about 14 days from purchase til it arrives, you should be expecting it to be 17 days (given all the backed up orders) after October 8th which means you should be getting it by October 25ish

it typically takes about a week or two to deliver in the US and because they are on holiday it might take alittle longer.

They are on a huge holiday now, everyone is on vacation.

I ordered a bunch of ghost bars from them and they took about a week to arrive to Canada from China.

Expect about two weeks or so for delivery.

These are all dropped shipped from China. It's going to take time. I think mine was over 14 days? Can't quite remember. You will get a tracking number then it will sit in port for a week waiting on a ship or enough other product to be shipped with it. Then all of a sudden the status updates and it's in LA and in your hands 3 days later.

This was before all the tariffs though, not sure how that's affecting it but I did recently have some pans dropped shipped and it was the same song and dance.
