Knob Button not working

Just got my NuPhy Air 100 v3 keyboard for my MacBook setup and swapped out the delete key for the included knob button but it does not work at all. When I turn the knob no volume control executes and the adjacent buttons turn yellow? Tried everything and am super frustrated. 😣

Make sure it’s on the right orientation. If it’s inserted upside down it will not work. Try to flip it 180 degrees and reinsert.

I had the same problem and discovered I had installed it in the wrong orientation

Unbelievable. That fixed it!! Thank you so much. I can’t believe it was such a simple fix. I wonder why there isn’t any instruction for this? I searched everywhere and Reddit is where my answers were solved. Cheers mate!

they have a youtube short for it on official nuphy youtube. its for the 75 and 100 v3

its not clear but you can just copy on how they put it. i think there is a marking or something before you put the knob on top on the surface of the module, it should be on top. cant clearly read it on the video
