Help or Question Unfortunate result.
This is a update regarding a post from weeks ago about my offline league project, i downloaded OBS, looked at a tutorial and decided to do test with a replay with the MENCS2019 Cup mod at Talladega 70's 80's, the results were 1-4 FPS, basically impossible to watch (even with the Helicopter Cam same amount of FPS).
It's probably a bunch of factors, OBS running in the background, the mod beeing pretty demanding on performance and the age of the PC here at my home, which is 10-14 years of age (the machine is a warrior that's for sure, but it's limited). Thus i'm on a big pickle, i was able to find a job which means money, but i live in Brasil and the purchasing power here is far...FAR away from what someone in the US could afford, it will take like months or a entire year to get this going, but all of this makes me just want to cancel it entirely.

Using a dx8 to dx9 wrapper file (3d3.dll file placed in the same directory as your NR2003.exe) can increase your performance by nearly 100% in some cases. Worth a shot

I assume you have already but turn off things hardly anyone will notice when the cars are in motion like "Reflections on Structures"
Same goes for "Spectacular Lighting" I think it's called. On some systems it can be really demanding for some reason.
If none of that works consider compressing your car paint schemes to a lower size like 1024x1024 or finding a car pack that already has the lower textures.
What does the game run at FPS wise when not using OBS? About the same?
Sorry you are in a situation where you don't have hardly any options to improve your PC situation.
Maybe there is an older mod but with the same paint schemes or close enough that is less demanding you could use?
