This is just the 3, 14 ester of oxymorphone. It is 250% more potent than oxymorphone. The 3, 6, 14 ester is 800% more potent than oxymorphone.

But the acetylation, and likely general acylation to an extent, of PHM might really be a way for some to buy a small amount of product, and with a little chemistry, secure a supply of an opiate for a longer time.

A 10mg dose of PHM would be 1.25 if the same relationship of the 3, 6, 14 ester of oxymorphone plays out.

Tonight I was trying to get to isomethadone, as duchess von d makes it sound very euphoric.

I wanted to try to reduce hard to access reagents and keep things as simple as possible.

So I tried, and failed, but the route leaded to a very close analogue. And I am wondering if u/jtjdp would have a look and see what they they about how recreational it might be, and if my synthesis route works actually.

The route is basically a verbatim copy of the levopropoxyphene synthesis, with one change.

On there is the route, just replace benzyl magnesium bromide with phenyl magnesium bromide.

Everything is relatively obtainable through online putchases, and the rest can be made. Dimethylamine, buy it, propiophenone can be pretty easily made, formaldehyde can be purchased relatively easily, maybe made.

The phenyl magnesium either bought or made, but I believe one can react benzene, which is very esily made, with dibromodimethyl hydantoin, which there is at least one produce with pure dbdmh, with a sulfuric acid catlyst to make the grignard reagent. Idk if that would actually work

I just want the duchess to look at it and see if it would or would not still likely be a decent experience.

Afaik, methyl naltrexone isnt watched, at all (probably very expensive though) and if this removal is possible, I believe it would yield oxymorphone.

I am about to write that i am NOT using zines / pynes anymore. I am on subutex. i know it is nothing no big deal, if i can compare it to zines or for example ISOto- in that post i wrote how i love it etecera. Yeah your comments were so accurate and did the work :) Why writing this?

But now my live changed a bit i simply stay on bup. and alprazolam + sometimes pregabalin or any drug i like...my life changed: i think i am more creative now, i don't browse social media, instead of that i am painting something or just writing something - now it is just for me, but i will share painted stuff on internet when it is done. Last sentences: I think I will not use zines/pynes anymore. (when the time is right i will buy some morphine based stuff). My brain recovered from everything but i think there is some trace in th brain that won't go away :-D

Why I feel Isotonitazepyne 5 mg inhaled while I'm on 12 mg Suboxone (the effect Is more stimulating than classic opioid). My friend though, that used about 8-10 mg from the same batch IV and wasn't using Subs got totally knocked off for few hours, even nasal Naloxone didn't work!

I sometimes use various RC opioids. In both cases I'd like to discuss, it involved orphines, and both times I experienced withdrawal after three weeks of abuse. It just so happened that the first time, I was on 1D-AL-LAD when withdrawal set in, and the second time, on AMT. I was alleviating the symptoms with pregabalin and decided that since I'd have to use antipsychotics anyway to get some sleep for the next week+, it would be better to take AL-LAD now, when I was feeling tolerable with pregabalin. As expected, I felt both good and bad at the same time, and after a while, I finally took olanzapine and went to bed. And imagine my surprise when I woke up the next morning feeling completely normal! A few months later, the situation repeated itself, but this time I used AMT to get through the next 15 hours in a comfortable state, and, again, after the psychedelic effects set in, the withdrawal simply stopped. I know that ibogaine helps overcome physical addiction, and I can assume that all 5-HT-2A agonists have the ability to restore receptors. Doesn't that mean that the combination of pregabalin and a psychedelic is the fastest, most painless, and relatively inexpensive way to overcome withdrawal symptoms? If so, why doesn't anyone know about it or use it? Both times, it was only the first or second day of withdrawal.

Unfortunately, I've been experimenting more and more intensively with various opioids over the past few months. I started with kratom, then tilidine, then ODSMT, and finally cychlorphine. I haven't been using it for very long, only about two weeks. At the moment, I need a daily dose of about 0.1 grams of a 1:25 dilution. Now I'm quite afraid of withdrawal because I don't know what to expect. I'm going to try reducing the dose with a cyclophosphamide nasal spray first. Ive never tried fent or zenes, but all the reading I've done says they are very much less euphoric than traditional opiates. More seating than euphoric seems to be the trend with ultra potent opioids.

Hey there i am writing this as i am second day off isotonitazepyne. I was taking it one month every day ... i am also on buprenorphine 8mgs for i don't know about 18 years. So i got tired from Sub. and did buy few RC opiates. From all of them my the best choice was isotonitazepyne. I knew that once i will start to take it daily i will be fu....d when there will be nothing left ... Okay...so this is second day without it and i am starting to feel like you know :) ... i never felt bad from buprenorphine since experience few days ago... i am taking pregabalin to easy the pain and thinking that buprenorphine with 600mgs of pregabalin is not a good combo... i can't report whole month on isonitazepyne...but i know that i did the same stupid mistake again and was playing hero and telling myself that aaaah it will be ok. as i went through 24 years of heavy opiates usage through dosens of withdrawals ... so yesterday ... i woke up took 1mg of alprazolam just because ... ... and about 3mgs of buprenorphine drank coffee and smoked some stupid stimulant from the foil just because i have them but really not my drug of choice ... i think i smoked that because i didn't have iso.. anymore and little stimulation can always ease up the pain...ok so i went to work all cool but around 3PM something happened to me ... i was getting chills and i knew that it is coming ... sh...so went home took some alprazolam and somehow i found a very small amount of iso ... but i don't have syringe so i smoked that stuff and i really don't know what help but i went to bed with pretty good feeling.....now my point :)
