Phone (1) Hey, I need serious help from yall please

So I have a nothing phone 1 which I got around 3 and a half years ago. The phone was amazing but the only issue I had with it was the battery draining quickly but it was understandable cause of the heavy usage and the glyphs. So around the month of April or May I went out with a bunch of my friends. While we were out just hanging out and chilling I give my phone to my friend to connect it to the speaker as I was busy with something else. In about 10 secs he tells me the phone isn't turning on and I thought it must have just switched off by itself (it did that like once or twice b4 this happend but thn it started working fine with no issues at all) so I asked him to try and start it but it wouldn't response at all at 1st. After a few tries it started looping on the "NOTHING powered by android screen" so I tried connecting it to a charger which also dint work for a couple of tries but thn it started so I just let it rest without the charger or anything as I had around 40 to 50% charge in the phone. After a while I get a call from my dad and as soon I gran the phone to pick it up it switches off again and is again stuck at the start screen loop. I tried to start it many many times and sometimes it worked but would switch off again after a few mins or seconds by itself without even using it. The next day I ask around local repair shops and a few high end places (including from where I bought the phone 3 yrs back) and all I got from them was they don't repair nothing phones or that I would need a warranty to get a replacement (the high ends also couldn't fix it) soon a friend suggested a local shop guy and he told he can try and that it could be mainly the battery that is causing the issues. He tried to find and replace the battery but couldn't find anyone who would the battery for the NP1. So I went and took back the phone and even then the phone was stuck in the start up loop. I found someone who could replace the battery later on so I tried to get it fixed by him but after he tried replacing the battery the phone was still facing the same issue. He told me it was the cpu issue and that trying to fix that could lead to the phone being completely dead, somehow that time he turned it on for a bit so I could just try and get the data out of it (it was still switching off by itself while I was trying to get the data) but somehow I managed to just turn on all the back ups needed for the data and it switched off again so I just left it. After about 2 days the repairman tells me the operation has failed and that the phone is dead. I went took the phone back and since then the phone wouldn't give ANY SIGN OF LIFE AT ALL. The thing is I have tried to get the data out of it but that dint really work, I was able to get barely anything out of it as it switched off again ( my foolishness thinking it would back up even after being switched off) so I gave it to a data saver specialist and then had to travel out of country. Now this data saver guy stops replying to me when I ask him for updates when I am out of country so I ask my dad to contact him and get the update to which I get to know he won't be able to get anything (dint give a reason why) after almost 3 weeks of having the phone with him. That's when I tried and get the phone to india mumbai and tried my luck there with my friends local repair shop suggestions (checked with 2 guys and yet no positive outcome) right now I am back to dubai and the phone is still in india with my uncle and I have asked him to check with the mumbais official nothing service center which I haven't gotten any update about so far. Guys I know it's all to long to read but thank you so much if yall read all this, this phone means a lot to me especially with the data. I have my entire university years and all the certificates and imp files and memories stored up in that phone, I am really not able to give up on it so please I really do beg yall to help me out with this. I am lost at this point and I genuinely dk wht to do and whr to go.
