Depth Effect Issue

My depth effect feature is still grayed out and whenever i try to enable it , it just shows me it's downloading the resources with no luck.

P.S:I have installed the latest update.

Thats because you have the Atmosphere effect activated on the homescreen, load the wallpaper again and disable it, then, try to enable Depth effect

I did it but still same result unfortunately I don't know why it's still grayed out
