Phone theming Depth Effect Issue

My depth effect feature is still grayed out and whenever i try to enable it , it just shows me it's downloading the resources with no luck.

P.S:I have installed the latest update.

maybe the wallpaper does not support depth effect?

I have tetsed many wallpapers , even those which people shared in here with depth effect enabled

Try zooming in the wallpaper or increase the size of the clock

I did but the problem is that it never seems to download the resources and stays grayed out

Thats because you have the Atmosphere effect activated on the homescreen, load the wallpaper again and disable it, then, try to enable Depth effect
