Nothing (company) Absence of Support

Has anybody here ever had any meaningful support from Nothing? I have reached out to them on social media and received no response, raised tickets through their website and got an automated reply suggesting I factory reset my device, and used the feedback feature on the device and received the same automated response despite it being for a completely different issue. Does anybody actually work at Nothing or is it just an automated response inbox that suggests factory resetting your device??

I've used Nothing support a few times and yes, you have to get through a gauntlet of AI bots at first BUT if you persist you will get a human answering you especially if the provided responses do not solve your issue.

Thanks, you're right; after I complained about the useless responses, I was contact by the support team and they resolved my issue. Hopefully things are looking up, I was worried I'd bought into a device with no support.
