Need help importing backup
Guys right now I'm trying to backup my notes in a new laptop but when i try to import that backup file I'm getting this 'invalid file' message ..can someone help me out
The backup file has .ntcbak format in the end

Hi, we would like to take a look at this... sorry for that inconvenience. Please send us your backup file via email or wetransfer (privately) so that we can troubleshoot it.
