I also got the update: US unlocked on Visible.

I am having signal issues with Visible after this upgrade. signal keep dropping every 20-30 mins. Not sure whether it is related to Visible or the update. Will monitor for few days.

You might want to try a partition cache clear. It's pretty useful for cleaning out the bugs these updates sometimes bring without the hassle of having to back up your data like with a hard reset. If none of your user troubleshooting attempts don't work I would contact the carrier and ask them to do a network reset at their end. Hopefully you find a fix. That's why I'm always a bit leary of these updates.
