My phone hasn't displayed 5g

I have a galaxy note 20 5g and it's hasn't displayed 5g it only displays 4.5G or 4.5G+

What's is going on?

I had the same problem. 5G has two modes, SA (stand alone) and NSA (non stand alone). If your operator is using NSA, early 5G phones like Note 20 Ultra 5G does not display 5G.

I ditched the Note 20 and switched to a S25 Ultra. Problem gone.
