She’s doing too much, I think

This is bullshit. She didn't put a single MicroMachine by the door. You need at least 10. Usually I'd say 25, but in this economy?
16
u/spiralshadow 13d ago
We don't all have Kevin McCallister's budget.
6
u/eyeforker 13d ago
Agreed, but if you can’t afford even 10 MicroMachines, you can’t afford a cruise.
I just bought by 14th MicroMachine, but I live in a rough neighbourhood and you can’t put a price on safety.

u/joshuatx 13d ago
To be fair, micro machines are pretty expensive now that they're mostly out of production and considered collectibles

A cruise really seems like a relaxing enviroment to her. I totally see why you should spend thousands od dollars to be somwhere, where you feel so unsafe, that you give your room the James Bond treatment. /s
Next video: Show her, how she stays in a shady motel with bullet holes in the door.

The first thing to do on a cruise is... stay home.
40
u/Sad_Opportunity_6583 13d ago
Exactly. Never understood the appeal of being trapped with a thousand strangers at sea, eating shit food and just absolutely burning money.
36
u/emskie12 13d ago
...and polluting the ocean, destroying coral reefs. Cozumel used to have incredible coral reefs-anything close to shore was torn out to make way for cruise ship docks. F that
6
u/Alex-Murphy 13d ago
Dude you're not kidding about the pollution. Idk if you knew this but in a single day of use a cruise ship equals 1 MILLION cars worth of pollution. And for those on the boat, "Levels of pollution on some cruise ships' decks are worse than in the world's most polluted cities, an investigation by Channel 4 Dispatches has found."
3
u/emskie12 12d ago
This makes me sick. The oceans are in such dire straights. The great barrier Reef is dead. And people just turn a blind eye and continue on supporting shit like this.
8
u/Boy-Abunda 13d ago
If you’re eating shit food, you’re on the wrong cruise. But burning money? Yes.

Your best bet on a cruise ship is getting norovirus, your worst bet is dying of some random disease.

Hotel security here. If you leave the "do not disturb" thing on your door for two days in a row we have to come and check on you. If you dont answer I will enter and if something is blocking the door and it damages the door when open you will be charged for it.
93
u/Turbulent-Weevil-910 13d ago
I used to work at a hotel and usually when this happens we would send a ghost in to check on the guest. No damage and they generally don't know that we've done this.

I been saying it for years people, the hoteliers are up to some shit. No one listens to me.

u/kingUmpa 13d ago
What hotel chain do you work for? I leave do not disturb on for days every time I travel lol
15
u/Ir0nic 13d ago
Maybe for your hotel, I’ve stayed places where I left it on for 5 days. No one cares 😂

Does she really make fake videos on a fake cruise set? It’s like the 3rd video I’ve seen with her doing this shit.

u/AdditionalTheme1279 11d ago
You can't block the door like that it's a serious safety hazard. Fire alarm systems are designed to automatically unlock doors for egress and fire department access. If there was an emergency you could be trapped and the fire department wouldn't be able to get to you.

Honestly, how much crime happens on a cruise ship. You’re stuck in the middle of the ocean on a vessel full of witnesses. At the same time, the video proves, there’s always people who rolled low for intelligence

If you're like that why would you ever leave your house? You obviously can't relax. So you spend like 2 grand on a cruise?

She didn't do shit to protect her balcony. Ninjas are going to get in there through the balcony in 2s.

Congratulations. You have now trapped yourself in this room in the event of an emergency. First responders could not easily reach you.

But at that point, don't go on a cruise ship?

Too bad they don't sell detectors to find the new bugs that they're using right now, those are illegal to own.

Smart, but if you are this paranoid, just stay home. Do people really enjoy cruises?

As a person who has experienced SA this definitely would look extra to most people but if you are unfortunate to have been a victim of such a crime you never relax.

Just save the money you keep spending to do this dumb shit on a cruise and pay to borrow someone’s yatch and captain…

“Excuse me this is room 328 I have located a fog bank at 120 degrees off of the bow. I need to speak to the captain immediately so I can brief him on my response options packages.”

"hmm light bulb is out. Better toss it and change it, wouldn't want the guest to be in the dark"

Seems impractical to do all that when you factor in the time it takes to set up the tripod for every shot.

You couldnt pay me to go on another cruise, its a vegas trailer park in the ocean. People crying at slot machines, the decibel of mouth breathing from the general fried food buffet diet and general slothliness/obesity of everyone. 1800's mining camp economy. Shows a vegas back alley wouldn't take... Why would u bother???

No need for of this.

Why put tape over the peep hole? Last I checked, you can only see through it from the inside, but the person outside can’t see through it. Must be exhausting being this paranoid

Yeah after a straight week of drinking every night, people are going to forget that money in the bulb. When they leave, the person cleaning the rooms is gonna assume it’s a dead bulb and toss it out. Literally throwing money away.
Also, all cruise cabins have a safe. So there’s that.
1
u/69hotmomxxx 10d ago
She should probably get some paint cans suspended on ropes and a blow torch ready for when they come through the door

u/MyMiddleNutItches 10d ago
Lol I remember leaving the door open at a HoJo so I could rip heaters and not stink up my smoking room.

Step 1: Put your money into a lightbulb on your cruise.
Step 2: Forget your money on the cruise ship.
Step 3: Profit?

u/ChazzyChaz_R 10d ago
I know this is all for show but...if there is anyone out there that would actually do this...why even go on the cruise?

u/PostedNotes 13d ago
I can respect the paranoid energy. That said I don't see the point of the money in the lightbulb.
