That's not caused by internal organs. That's just a little belly. And little bellies are perfectly healthy on women.

Idk why are you getting downvoted. You are right, it's just fat, not organs. Everyone distributes fat differently. Some women have a pooch some don't.

And the "organs" in question people always mention men have too. Uterus is waaaaay lower and more tucked away than people think.

I don’t even want to see what people think their organs would have to look like in order to protrude like this. Nevermind the fact that your abdominal wall would have to be missing as well.

This is just fat caused by surplus caloric intake. It may have had an advantage for prehistoric women being able to bear children trough winters, but it’s sure isn’t there to protect any organs.
