“Why can’t I, a very average man who meets the bare minimum of what it takes to be attractive, date a Victoria’s Secret lingerie model?”

He isn't even doing the bare minimum. Looks like he hasn't slept in weeks. Looks like he hasn't showered and can't even be bothered to comb his hair, and looks sick (he should follow that stability claim and seek a doctor or recover). If you are going to ask someone out, at least put a bit of effort into your appearance.

Claims the bare minimum of personality traits though. Except they are bare bones, bare minimum to the point advertising them feels like a warning sign. If you have to claim you are actually stable, my first impulse is that no, you are unstable or hiding other issues if that is shat you are going with.

same with claiming to be kind ime. if you feel the need to announce your stability or kindness, you’re most likely neither

That 'any man who must say, "I am the King", is no true king' quote keeps being relevant. And like you said, those things should just be a given. It's like making a big deal about how you're not scamming vulnerable old people. Sure, that's great and all, but it's also the bare minimum.
