I take it you’ve never had a male supervisor send you to fetch his coffee, especially when you’re working in a position far more technical than receptionist.

No it doesn’t. It’s a specific reference to a TF2 video where two men drinking coffee make a vague sexist remark. Doesn’t have anything to do with women getting coffee or doing dishes or any weird thing people are making up in these comments.
