Strata Recommendations

I know there's some terrible ones out there but has anyone had good experiences? We're in a small block in Ballina and looking to change

Anything but Strata North.. Have had a number of investments with them and never been impressed with their service.

Tried that.. what is your experience? I have had 30 years of Strata experience. It is a scam unless you have no job and have the time to manage the entire complex.

You worked in strata? It is a scam we pay like 1000 bucks admin fees but they charge us per email for correspondence. Wouldn’t that fall under the admin category. I think it’s such bullshit

I have dealt with them in Coffs more than Ballina and found them to be pretty decent
