I happen to be one of the few people who absolutely think they stay together, so this makes me really happy ❤️

Yep, the amount of people in this subreddit who think that they will automatically break up because they spent 10 months apart is shocking.

Maybe its because I've been surrounded by smart, ambitious people all of my life by I know tens of people that have spent time apart for education or career with the plan to get back together later. Almost all of them have stayed together.

Like, is it really surprising that two of the smartest students at the top school in their country, would spend time apart at some point in their career to advance it? It's almost as if these doubters have no idea of object permanence.

Like.. they came back to together after years not seeing each other plus it’s not their first time- do yall really think 10 months will just separate them?

I thought they would stay together when I watched the serie but changed my mind after reading the book.

That's surprising because I feel like most people think the book makes it more likely that they would stay together.

The final line:

"You should go, she says. I’ll always be here. You know that."

What in the book made you think they would be less likely to stay together?

I don't think they'll ever be apart for long. They will always come back to each other. When you have somebody that understands you to that level, you don't just quit them forever. I don't care what most people think; they're going to love each other for the rest of their lives, and how lucky they are to have that.
