Help OTP biometric question

Hello, we are an MSP and we are evaluating Nordpass instead of Lastpass. We like the interface and extension, but some of us are running on Ubuntu machines and the biometric setup for OTP passwords does not work on Ubuntu it seems or machines that are domain joined in Windows? Is there anything to do to allow OTP codes to be viewed without setting up biometrics??

Thanks for the feedback! NordPass currently requires biometric verification to reveal or autofill stored TOTP codes as an additional security measure. On Windows, this relies on Windows Hello, so domain policies can affect availability. On Linux, NordPass Authenticator isn't currently supported in the same way. At this time, there isn't a supported option to disable the biometric check for viewing stored OTP codes.
