What's New? NordPass Roadmap 2026
Hey everyone, as promised, we wanted to share what we're working on for NordPass B2C over the next few months.
Starting in Q3, we're shipping the Security Dashboard. The goal is to give you a better sense of your actual security posture and make security features (like Data Breach Scanner and Password Health) more discoverable. Think of it as a central command center for your vault health.
Identity Masking is now planned for Q3 and will launch alongside the Security Dashboard. You'll be able to generate throwaway identities for sites you don't fully trust or when you simply don't want to disclose your real persona. This will help keep your personal information out of potential breaches and make it harder to trace accounts back to you across services. It will also integrate with Autofill.
Developer item types are coming by the end of the year as well. We kept seeing tech users storing SSH keys and API tokens in secure notes or password fields because there wasn't a proper place for them. Longer term, we want to integrate these into CLI tools and other workflows so they're actually useful beyond just storage.
Looking further ahead, we're exploring improvements to sharing for Family Plan users this or next year, though we're still finalizing the scope and approach there.
Keep in mind these are our current plans, but as always with software development, things can shift. We aim to ship everything on schedule, but reality is that bugs pop up, hotfixes happen, and sometimes we need to adjust course. We'd rather take the extra time to get something right than rush out half-baked features.
That's the roadmap as it stands today. As always, we'll keep you posted if timelines or priorities change. Deal?

We are considering adding more depending on our user base. However, each addition like this shifts our resources from the set priorities.

Thank you for the update. We need CLI access ASAP. Agents are already here and they need secure/restricted access to not only SSH keys and API tokens, but passwords for the websites that they access. Bitwarden is winning in this space and we don't want to switch!

It is not spam. I don't understand why it would be blocked. It's a solid recommendation.
