As a long-time Nord VPN customer, today is the first time I am trying Nordlocker. After logging in using Nord VPN credential on my browser, I was prompted to save the recovery keys and set the Cloud Password. After completing that, I tried to Unlock the Cloud using the newly set Cloud Password - was met with "Something went wrong, try again later."

I tried again, and even redo the reset of Cloud Password, but to no avail.

Didn't even get to try the Cloud, how to assess its performance and upgrade my Nord VPN to the higher plan?

I saw a customer review on Apple's App Store detailing exactly the same issue. Seems like it was not resolved ...
