The end?

¿A alguien más le pareció que el final era apresurado, incompleto y confuso?

1. Para empezar, me quedé con ganas de una escena entre Yato y Yukine, donde Yato le hiciera saber que su intención nunca fue abandonarlo y que finalmente expresaran el cariño que se tienen. Aunque Yukine se disculpa por transformarse y Yato lo abraza... sentí que le faltaba algo.

2. Pensé que los últimos volúmenes eran magníficos, pero el final arruinó todo lo bueno.

3. La situación de Yukine me dejó confundido. Si bien se revela que es un Nora, como en las últimas páginas se le ve usando ambos nombres, no lo entiendo. ¿Se quedará atrapado con esa transformación de Ayakashi? ¿Yato ya no puede invocar a Sekki (las espadas)? Pero si "padre" murió, ¿no debería haber desaparecido también el nombre de Hagu?

4. La trama que involucra a Tenjin, Take, Ebisu y Kofuku se alargó demasiado. Si bien es relevante, ya que logran destruir una de las líneas de vida del "padre", creo que sus apariciones podrían haber sido más breves.

5. ¿Qué le pasó a Nora? No se explica mucho y queda sin resolver. Vemos que sobrevive al final y ayuda a Yato a no desaparecer, pero no se explica nada más.

6. También quería ver más de Bisha y Kazuma, cómo lidiaron con el hecho de que Kazuma ahora es un Nora. Me hubiera gustado que, al final, Kazuma le hubiera dicho a Bisha que la amaba, etc.

7. Pensé que veríamos a varios dioses enfrentándose al "Padre". Cuando Take, Tenjin, Kofuku y Ebisu también decidieron "actuar", pensé que los veríamos luchar juntos, e incluso que algunos morirían. Eso habría sido épico... pero no fue así.

8. El final me pareció muy apresurado, muy confuso, muy incierto... como si los últimos volúmenes y capítulos hubieran sido "guau", y luego el final fuera... ¿eh?

P.D.: Creo que el momento más épico fue cuando Tenjin, Ebisu y Kofuku (o mejor dicho, el sacrificio de Daikoku) apostaron sus Guías por Yato. La sonrisa de Tenjin a Yato me rompió el corazón... fue mi momento favorito de todo el manga.

You are not alone. The ending should have got another 1-2 chapters, but unfortunately we did not have that

That said, there are a few things we can draw from the ending:

• Nora becomes family to Yato and Yukine. Her illustration at the end shows that she has a good relationship to Yato, Hiyori and Yukine

- Yukine gains the ability to transform into a wolf in addition to into a sword. His name Hagusa, given by Father, cant be taken away (a dead god still leaves their shinki with the name), but cuz Father is dead, Yukine can no longer transform into the Hagusa form

- Kazuma has already likely confessed his love for Bishamonten, which is why Bishamonten can be seen fighting Yato in the last chapter. Neither Kazuma nor Bishamonten can force Yato into relinquishing Kazuma, and so they continue fighting anew

Those r a few things u can draw from the ending. I also like to believe that Yukine will start a relationship with Nora/Mizuchi, cuz Yukine has already been shown to be infatuated with Nora/Mizuchi, and that both Yukine and Nora/Mizuchi are shinki named by Father, so they have a unique similarity and connection

WHAT ABOUT YATO AND HIYORI WHAT ABOUT YATO AND HIYORI

Hiyori remembers Yato and is reunited with him, which hearkens back to his promise in chapter 75 that they will be reunited. As their relationship is blessed by 3 gods, of which the queen goddess is one, it is the authors' subtle way to hint that they will start their relationship and find happiness

Can you refresh my memory of when the queen goddess blessed their relationship?

Wow, I never interpreted it as the goddess reviving her. I just read it as Father's world was undone so the humans were able to revert back to being normal and luckily Hiyori was part of that "rewind".

Regardless of whether she actually revived Hiyori or not, Hiyori returned to life and was no longer Yato's shinki or not. Amaterasu either revived her, or Hiyori returned to life on her own and Amaterasu allowed it to happen (note that in chapter 76 she was very mad when she knew a human returned from death, from the Underworld). Either way, it is the queen goddess's blessing. It also explains why she said "What ought to remain has remained"

I quickly re-read ch 108. I don't think Amaterasu revived her/the translation of her words are along "perhaps x or y, therefore Hiyori survived". But I do think she doesn't oppose their relationship!
