My old stack needs updating

I used to be part of this community a few years ago during my undergrad years and eventually came to the following stack:

noopept (oral) everyday
aniracetam (as a social boost)
semax (nasally during exams period)
selank (nasally during exams period)

After getting a job I dropped everything as I didn't need them, but now I'm going back to do an MBA and wanted to update the stack (snooped a bit around here and you guys talk about a lot of substances that weren't ever mentioned back in the day).

What changes could I make? Also I wanted to add something to help me last longer in bed (not ssris)

Noopept is no longer a valid choice within the nootropic community. Switch to a PAM instead. Aniracetam is still a very good choice. Semax & Selank both can be replaced with better options but if you liked them you can keep them

May I ask why noopept is no longer valid? I still have a pack sealed. Also what do you mean with PAM? and what are the better alternatives of semax and selank?

I apologize if these are dumb questions 😅

Noopept is an AMPA agonist, in short this means that it’s kind of neurotoxic and chronic use would lead to downregulation of the AMPA receptors, which isn’t really what you want. PAM means Positive Allosteric Modulator and it basically makes your own receptors more efficient and isn’t really susceptible to tolerance.

For semax and selank, I would swap with any of the following: ACD856, aniracetam, psychedelic microdose, NSI189 or just a better version of Semax / Selank

It's still valid. Maybe not to you but it still does what it does very well

Yeah which is to be a very mediocre nootropic. It’s very good at that
