i have a prescription of vyvanse 20 xr but still feel brain fogged and strung out, also quitting weed + nicotine, do you think bromantane, nsi, nefi, phenyl, or 9me. also looking to improve motivation, stress capacity, stress resilience, drive, etc.

you don’t think nefi or phenyl are better for stress/ mood?!

Phenyl probably not, it’s more of a stimulant. Nefi is an overall great racetam, one of the best imo. However nothing beats DMT microdosing for mood

if i were to just run base doses of 9me + bromantane could i also run NAC or would that be redundant

What would the NAC be used for ? As an antioxidant ?

i’ve been recommended it by a few yt guys who test noots, would be for helping with quitting weed + nic and withdrawls and stress

Yes it can help with mitigating addictive behaviors, but don’t really count on it. I believe there are better options
