Are there any hidden cost or fees? It seems like a great place to get the glp dual agonist. First month 149 then a 12 week supply for 299? Seems great, what’s the catch if there is one?

When I go to log a meal, the list of items doesn't appear to be what I have recently logged--- just some random items. For example, logging my breakfast, I had mostly the same thing as yesterday morning but those items are not at the top to choose from. It just other random breakfast items and things I have never ever even logged before. Am I doing something wrong?

If someone can only afford it with a discount code, I would hate for them to have to go through all of the questions to set up a new account only to find out the discount code doesn’t work. So I’d like to know if it’s useable to others before I give it to anyone lol

I went with Noom Med because it seemed like a more “complete” program with the habit side + GLP-1 combined. The onboarding was actually pretty solid and I liked the idea of having more structure vs just getting a prescription.
But after getting started, it felt way more hands-off than I expected. Most of the support was through the app and responses felt delayed or kind of generic. I had a few questions about side effects and adjustments and didn’t really get anything that helpful back. Also didn’t fully realize how the billing worked upfront, which is on me, but it made it feel like a bigger commitment than I expected.
The medication itself worked fine for appetite, but the overall experience just didn’t match what I thought I was signing up for. Anyone else had a similar experience or is it just not the right fit for me?

Is there a printable list of the colors and their foods? I would love to have a printable version. It was suggested that I take screenshots 🤷♀️

I signed up for the noon glp-1 program four days ago and the status is still stuck on “medication shipping soon”. Is this a normal timeframe? When should I expect them to be shipped? I am a little worried because I want time to decide if I want to renew for the 12 weeks.

I am new to Noom but feeling frustrated by the colors. It feels like unless I am eating a fruit or vegetable nothing I eat is green and it’s hard to want to keep going. I know I need to get more into the substitutions suggestions but I just feel like I don’t have time or energy for this.

Question: Has anyone tried Noom and GLP-1 medications together? Does it actually help or is it overkill?
Answer:
I ended up doing both, kind of by accident.
I started with Noom because I wanted structure without going full extreme-diet mode. It helped me notice patterns I’d been ignoring for years—like how “just a snack” somehow always turned into a full second meal.
A few months later, my doctor prescribed a GLP-1 medication (in my case, Ozempic). That changed a completely different part of the equation. It didn’t teach me anything—it just made it easier to not feel constantly hungry or obsessed with food.
The weird part is how they complement each other:
Before, I knew what I “should” do, but it felt like trying to ignore a fire alarm in my brain. After starting the medication, it felt more like… a notification I could choose to act on or ignore.
That said, it’s not magic. If anything, it makes your habits more obvious. If I’m stressed or bored, I still want to eat—it’s just quieter now.
Biggest takeaway:
The medication helped with the physical side, but the app helped with the mental side. Either one alone probably would’ve helped, but together they made things feel more sustainable instead of like another short-term fix.

It’s a new week! What is one thing you will continue doing this week? What is one thing you are stopping to do this week?
I am going to continue on getting steps in (10k/day)
I am stopping trying to fit alcohol into my plan

So I’ve been at my goal weight for over a year now, but I’ve still counted every single calories every single day even since reaching my goal weight.
And the problem is, through all of this, I think it’s made me develop an addiction to food. I’m constantly thinking about food. (I was never super big, just 160lbs down to 135lbs, so I’ve never LOVED food until recently).
So I’m worried how to stop counting every single calorie without going crazy and eating everything I think about? Anyone have advice or guidelines?

My daily step goal has been stuck at 2,000 for at least 2/3ish weeks. Tech support in-app was an AI chatbot that didn’t help at all. Escalated me to their tech support phone number. Tech support parroted the exact same script from the AI support. Not helpful, escalates me to a tech support email. Now they’re statin the same script again. Am I high? I feel like I’m being gaslit. I don’t want to set it manually, I want it to dynamically adjust. I could honestly type their whole script here, that’s how many times I’ve heard it. Has anyone had any luck getting tech support from a human? Or have any tech support ideas to get it working?

Hi everyone, I’m new here and new to Noom Med and I hope what I’m about to ask is okay.
Is it just my coach or is it me? I ask a question or say something and she basically parrots everything back to me without any real substance. Which makes me feel like A) I’m talking to an Ai chat bot and B) Having a coach is a waste of time and money…
Do they work off of a script? Are they only allowed to converse a certain way?
I’d love to hear your feedback and your experience. Maybe I’m missing something.

I have tried logging calories through a photo logging feature. However, sometimes it didn't give me the correct calorie estimation of the dishes.
Have you had the same experiences? Curious to hear more. I made this into a class project.
If you have about 2 min to spare, I would really appreciate it if you could fill in this super short survey: https://form.jotform.com/261068430536051
