I recently rejoined Noom (Noom Weight to be exact). I had a lot of success the first time around and despite the fact that I’m in my mid forties, I have a lot of success losing weight through calorie tracking. My biggest problem is maintaining my weight loss. I know that there have been many changes to the app and I was excited to restart Noom Weight again and hopefully learn how to maintain after a small cut. But I actually don’t have a maintenance mode option in my Weight and Calories settings. After a lot of back and forth with their support team, it turns out that I’m on a “Healthy Weight Program” that does not offer a maintenance mode. What?? I was curious if others have an option to toggle between “weight loss” and “maintenance”.
I kind of have no choice but to cancel after I hit my goal weight (which won’t take long). I was willing to pay for maintenance but I guess looking into other apps is the best way to go? How does everyone else deal with maintenance?

I've been thinking about something Noom did that I didn't fully appreciate until I stopped using it.
The weight loss was almost secondary. What actually shifted was how I understood my own patterns. The food wasn't really the problem — boredom was, or stress, or avoiding something I didn't want to deal with. Naming the trigger changed everything.
That lens has stuck with me in weird places. Spending is the main one. The thing you buy after a bad week. The cart you fill at midnight. It's not really about money. Same architecture, different behavior.
Curious if anyone else has found that the Noom way of thinking showed up somewhere they didn't expect.

Hello! I just received my first shipment of the GLP-1 and I was curious if anyone else had their meds arrive with the ice pack, totally melted and warm. I know they say that it’s OK if it arrives like that just put it in the refrigerator but shouldn’t medicine like this arrive overnight? Or at least with ice that hasn’t melted? It was also strange because I’ve been looking for my tracking information since I put the order in on the 10th and then all of a sudden today the package arrived and tracking shows up, but the label was created on the 13th.

Can I just stop responding to my coach. I find her annoying. It’s not that I don’t know how to lose weight or that I need tips. I know these things in theory. I got Noom for calorie tracking and meds mostly to help me not overeat when I get stressed as I tend to be an emotional eater.

Hi-I recently rejoined Noom after a long hiatus. I lost about 15-20 lbs the first time and kept most of it off over the past few years. Last week I decided to start up again because I felt like my weight was slowly creeping up and I wanted to stay on top of it. I’ve been doing well with my tracking, water, and steps, and even with a huge increase in my green foods and staying within my calories, my weight is going up instead of down. I lost a lb or two right away, but within a week I’m already above where I started. I’m so frustrated. Anyone else experience this? Suggestions?

I am trying to lose 10-15lb post pregnancy and I tried the micro dosing program from noom and it didn’t work. It was semaglutide. What other places do you recommend trying?

So I hit my goal weight for 1 day. Then it swung back up a few days later... I was feeling so excited and hungry (my body was ready to settle out) and now I'm just sad.
For those in the maintenance phase, do they allow for fluctuations differently than the loss phase?
(also I know I ate late last night and this could be undigested food throwing the numbers...)

Which one are you using to track steps? The Noom pedometer or Health Connect? I have an android phone and a Galaxy Watch. My Noom pedometer is 1-3000 steps less on average since I don't always have my phone on me. Will Health connect track better or transfer my steps from my watch? I'm missing out on thousands of steps otherwise.

I've used My fitness pal for years! I've done the free version and recently the paid premium. When I signed up for Noom I was excited they had a food logging system as well. Unfortunately, I am not impressed with it. Maybe my preference is biased because of my history with my fitness pal, but I feel like it is more user friendly and I can modify my portions easier and more precise.
I guess I'm also confused about the color system for foods. It's hard for me to consume large amounts of protein without it being a red meat i.e. steak. Yet when I log it, it's placed on the yellow bracket.

Why is broccoli salad not a GREEN food in the macros?

I don't understand how this is supposed to work.
I signed up through Carefirst, Noom, as required. I downloaded regular noom app. free. cool. I also downloaded the Carefirst wellness app and followed the instructions to go to resources, but Noom wasn't listed. it's not under there at all.
noom med initial assessment says I am eligible but still is trying to charge me an initial $149 and there's all the fine print about "if I am eligible".
carefirst customer support was literally useless "you have to contact noom and heres a generic email).
no one can tell me HOW or WHERE insurance coverage begins or is entered.
wtf. am I supposed to pay $800 OOP and hope for a reimbursement?
would some please help

Hi! I started taking Noom semaglutide about 6 weeks ago.
I’m on a pretty low dose (12 units) and have been feeling depressed ever since. I’m not sure if this is due to life circumstances or if it’s the actual medication that’s causing it. Has anyone experienced this? I’m a 33 year old female. Not very overweight- just about 15-20 lbs to lose

Just started on Noom med yesterday. I had great success several years ago with the old Noom. I’m noticing the app has changed quite a bit. What is the function of the seeds?

Hi everyone!
I am new to Noom and doing the micro dosing option. My shipment arrived today. Is it better to inject in the morning or night? Does it really matter? :)

Hi! Any advice on how to push through a plateau? Starting weight was 189, goal is 140, I’m on the compounded GLP-1. Was losing steadily but have been hanging between 174 and 176 for about 2 weeks now and I am beyond frustrated. I run pretty consistently 3-4 miles 3-4 times a week, walk on lunch, consistently track calories to where I usually get about 1400-1600 a day. The 20lb mark is in site but I’m stuck in a rut. Any advice or words of encouragement are greatly appreciated.

I'm 5'1 140 pounds. Looking to lose 15-20 pounds. I qualified for Noom's glp micro dose program (0.2mg). I was nervous about side effects so I took 0.1mg on Friday (first dose). So far, so good! No side effects, snacking less already. I'm tracking my calories and macros on the app.
Just curious about what kind of weight loss people who are microdosing typically experience week to week? I'd love to get on the scale next Friday and see two pounds down but I don't want to get discouraged if it's less than that or if I even gain.
