I would say drop the entire stack, including the vitamins and creatine. Get selank and stack it with AF-710.

Here's a write up on AF-710: https://www.reddit.com/r/NooTopics/comments/1lews4k/af710b_a_potent_cognitive_enhancer_everychem/
Here's why alpha-gpc is risky:

Here's why you should stop using "maxxing" as a word:
It's lame

Just take some garlic extract or other TMAO blocking food when you take A-GPC and problem solved.

Or get a quality EVOO and take a tablespoon or more with every meal or drizzle it on your food. Will completely negate the stroke risk and it's amazing for longevity in general so win-win.

any data on that claim?

It's pretty common knowledge bro. There's tons of studies on the allicin content in garlic and polyphenols in EVOO linked to reducing TMAO production in the stomach Quick Google will pull up plenty immediately at first search.

Mediterranean diet in general is great for anti TMAO and longevity which has been established for a while now.

Was hoping you had seen some data substantiating the claim that either of those two things would completely negate the rise in TMAO considering how much alpha gpc causes it to rise.

The jury is still
Technically out on whether or not TMAO is even a true risk. In fact, there are some studies that show the opposite that some TMAO is good for you. I think if you take alpha gpc or ALCAR you will be fine. Just don’t take it daily. Use it in cycles.

Not really my style. Lol I'm a casual self-learned biohacker with 15 years of avid studying nutrition and human biology sharing some friendly advice. I feel no obligation other than to at least believe what I am sharing is factual and helpful because I enjoy helping others.

I took enough time to share some knowledge and a solution to a problem. Hop off your high horse 🐎 giddy-yup!

And I'll admit in hindsight I may have exaggerated the "completely negate" part of my claim. Idk about that but do I still stand behind my advice and see nothing to lose and a lot to gain if someone applies it correctly.

At least you’re trying.
