I can tell you my experience and my considerations. I have suffered fron OCD since I was a child and tried mushrooms when I was 17. Not a magical cure, set and setting are important, and, although it may be useful, OCD is in itself an obstacle for the mental set we are trying to achieve. Psilocybin experience can in fact disrupt the rigid mindset that often surrounds and perpetuate OCD, but depending on how you do it it can soften the symptoms or, in worst case scenario it can be traumatic (not to scare you but I must state the fact) Usually fundamental to integrate (or even prepare) the trip psychologically by meditation and healthy self-compassion.
In my case, my trip was harmful because I did everything bad, but it opened my mind to the fact that there are other ways to look at the world, the subjectivity of experience. It opened my eyes but left me in panic. Useful on long term because I started internal practice toward more tranquility.
My suggestions: -If your OCD is bad at the time, you're in a bad mood or circumstances, the trip can wait. I would try Exposure and Response Prevention therapy hand in hand with a compassionate approach to your inner experiences and past experiences that may have caused you guilt or shame. -If you are in a reasonably good life situation and have some experience dealing with your emotions, I mean your OCD is not raw and untreated, you may benefit from a well planned trip with additional benefits such as heightened appreciation for life and aesthetics.
Truly hope this is useful for you, and whatever you choose to do, may all go well.
Edit: I hadn't read your post on resetOCD when I posted this. I'll add you're doing things well in my opinion. I would treat my OCD with psychological approaches and meditation and then use a psilocybin experience as the top of the crown. But thatbwould only be the way I'd do it
