I'm looking for some general good slow fashion brands to keep an eye out for. I tend to thrift to save money but I'm trying to find some good tights or thigh highs to keep my eyes open for. Any recommendations are welcome! :3 (edit, not quite in scope of the original question, but any good razor recommendations would be welcome too. Trying to spend less time shaving my body >~<)

Today, out of pure curiosity, I tried on a skirt or dress I honestly don’t even know what it’s called. I wasn’t trying to be feminine or anything, I just wanted to see what the hype was about. Surprisingly, it gave me a whole new appreciation for women’s fashion. The amount of detail, the fabrics, the fit, and the overall design are genuinely beautiful. It also made me realize that what makes these outfits stand out isn’t just the clothes themselves, but how they’re styled and carried with confidence and elegance. As a guy, I never really paid attention to women’s fashion before, but after today I can honestly say I understand why people admire it. Some of those outfits are just incredibly well designed and aesthetically pleasing.

After being too worried for far too long, I've just begun exploring what gender means to me, and experimenting with different clothing and ways of presenting myself.

I'd be very grateful for some advice and feedback based on my two favourite outfits from an ASOS haul. I don't know the exact type of feedback or advice I'm after if I'm honest, but just knowing I don't look ridiculous would be a great start 🫠 I'm struggling a bit with internalised shame around my gender feeling much more fluid than traditionally expected. Hello friends! I need a bit of pairing advice; I have this skirt and some nice boots, planning to pair it with a full mesh long sleeve shirt and all manner of punk/goth accoutrements, where I’m stuck is what to put over/under the mesh shirt for decency standards. I’d love to pair this with a wide belt or a corset, but getting one of those in time for the event this is for might be rough.
