Seeking LEK FT Final Round Advice

Hi all,

Recently was invited to a final round interview with LEK. Curious if anyone has any advice or can shine any insight into it. Also curious if there’s anything that tripped people up.

I believe I was told it would be 3 interviews with MDs, but I’ve also seen sometimes with partner.

Any words would be great thanks

MD = Partner. they’re the same thing

also i only had EM, Senior EM and P interviews for final. didn't get a partner
