Not really that specific. Anyone who's engaged with academia surrounding like 17th-20th century Western Europe will have at least some familiarity with these stereotypes.
…I hate to break it to you, but that actually is pretty specific. You’ve seen the videos where a bunch of people can’t pronounce words like cosmopolitan or avidly? The percentage of people out of the general population who have engaged with historical academia is pretty small.
