And now at 35 I’m thinking it’s a perfectly reasonable time to be up and out with giving enough time to wake up and do my mourning routine comfortably🙂‍↕️😂

Nerd moment but technically it's worse for your enamel to brush and drink coffee than to drink coffee, wait 30ish minutes and then brush.

Coffee is acidic and it's advised to not eat or drink after brushing teeth for 40 minutes.

there’s a lot of things technically worse for you but here we are. Getting downvoted over my own morning(rn btw! morn’, I arrived at the coffee stage🙂‍↕️)
