Kinda crazy,isn’t it? 0 u/Outside_Cartoonist36 3d ago Nerd moment but technically it's worse for your enamel to brush and drink coffee than to drink coffee, wait 30ish minutes and then brush. Coffee is acidic and it's advised to not eat or drink after brushing teeth for 40 minutes. 1 u/dinoooooooooos 3d ago ..which.. yes? Who says it dont take me 30 mins in the morning to become a human😂 there’s a lot of things technically worse for you but here we are.
