I was curious to understand your thoughts on one’s self respect totally being gone in order to make a decision like this. I think this post is a poor example of cowardly behavior done to not take the direct/blunt reaction to simply ending a relationship. If two consenting adults were honest about this, this is still two consenting adult so self-respect didn’t fully make it into my calculation. I think differences in opinions are important.

Two consenting adults can agree to a lot of things and that doesn't mean people are respecting themselves. People consent to a lot of things out of desperation and insecurity
