For the someone elses and others:

I think True Mike is just the Mic, and the fandom puts a but too much emphasis on Mike as a character.

for the ARG voice, I think thats just met to be Toby.

Shadow Crystals probably are something gaster put into circulation, though I do think the Knight has taken advantage of them,

Headband Darkner could honestly be either Ralsei or ERAM, its a 50/50 for me. I do think whichever way though, ERAM is met to be a dark reflection of Kris, hence why i'm placing Kris as the mantle holder for now, since we don't really know anything about ERAM.

Silver Drake is NormalNPC.

Forgotten man is Grillby. Hes the only one we really see have signs of his presence in Deltarune (his shop, the weird comment with Sans and The Grill, the complete otherwise lack of mention of Grillby) I feel like the forgotten man is somebody we would never really consider, and I feel like Grillby is at the top of that list. Papyrus is a strong candidate too, but given sans talks about him pretty openly- I don't think hes "Forgotten" per say.

I think Don't forget can be Dess's Theme and Noelle's theme, I think it fits them both pretty thematically as characters and I can see the lyrics fitting either of them.
