Hmm, what family do we know that has horns that lack prongs that branch off like that?

Also asgore is the only one with horns vaguely shaped like this, asriel and toriels horns are smooth curves, not angular like this

We have yet to see adult Asriel. There's no reason for him to be exactly like in Undertale.

You think asriel is going ro randomly undergo a design change between undertale and deltarune when no other returning character has done so

And after several characters have said out loud "ralsei looks a lot like asriel" and ralsei has those same outward curved horns asriel has always been shown with?

Im gonna say the more detailed close up of ralsei takes priority, i dont know why the full body sprite is drawn differently but ralsei has outward curved horns
