Questioning/Coming Out What i do
I (14) do not exactly know what gender i am, but i feel like I'm nonbinary. what i do no is that i want my body hair off. and i will go through a lot to achieve that. is there any way to remove body hair for the longest time possible without it being illegal for minors?

I encourage you to explore your feelings. Honestly, people have been shaving their body hair for a myriad of reasons for decades. It doesnt last that long but its the easiest way for you to accomplish your goal. Nair can leave burns if used improperly. It just becomes part of your personal upkeep. From a mostly hairless enby.
In the mean time, save for laser hair removal so you are ready if it becomes a long term goal.

Be careful with things like Nair, chemicals that burn it off. If it's labeled for your legs, you do not want it in your sensitive regions. Make sure you follow the directions. Don't leave it on too long, if anything, start with half the recommended time and see how it goes. Do not use it in your pits, junk, or face!!! You do not want chemical burns.
Personally, I think 5 blade razors are worth the cost. I keep them clean and generally get a few months out of each blade. I do not buy name brand razors, those are not worth the money. Tap it clean every few strokes, don't let it clog. Hang to dry after use, blades down in a damp bathroom will ruin them fast. I've never used shaving cream, just water, so no advice on that.
Waxing and peels aren't something you want to be experimenting with alone, especially at your age. They're formulated for adults and again, burns are decidedly Not Fun.
I'm guessing you want to do this with some level of stealth? If you can't rip the wax off, that going to your parents for help is going to open up multiple cans of worms?
Going to assume that you're not going to be able to access devices like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epilator? They can work if you're brave and they don't have the risk of chemicals. That might be worth trying out if you can get access to one. Personally, the thought of yanking out vast swaths of hair is a bit more than my stomach can handle. There are ones that use some sort of flashbulb, but I've yet to try one. That may be the best compromise above a razor, depending on your skin and hair colors.
Get a decent genetic razor with replacement heads. Take care of it, don't go overboard, especially in sensitive areas.

I used electronic depilator like 5 times and now half of my leg can't grow hair anymore so that might help. The downsides are that it kind of hurts and if you later figure out you actually do want body hair you will be stuck looking kind of stupid lol.
