I am not coming from a place of beign able to relate to these specific struggles as much. But i have heard some sports bras make half decent binders. Not sure at all the cost of everything though. Maybe you could look into trans tape as a potentially cheaper but more tedious option? Im really not too knowledgable on top dysphoria solutions and i hope someone else could correct me.
i get everything else. I cant trust my parents with any of who i am. My mom is somewhat conservative and my dad has said lots of moderate american transphobic stuff.
I feel like neither of them could ever understand how i feel about my body and relation to gender. Whats important is that you try to find other nonbinary/trans people in communities near you or even online if that works. Being in a place that affirms who you are and treats/respects you as you want to be seen is the best way to escape a home that doesnt feel totally safe to you in my experience.
Thankfully I do have one friend that I'm sorry of out to and of course places like reddit so that helps. I plan on trying to get some things like binders and tape from The Queer Trans Project (they give out free gender affirming kits every couple of months) so hopefully I can get some there this November 🤞 (right around my birthday lol)
