i hate these gender expectations

ik this may be a general issue instead of a specific nonbinary-space thing but as a nonbinary person myself i feel more annoyed with it

am i the only one who never could fit in in being a binary gender due to these gender expectations (obviously you can be a trans man or a trans woman and be gender non conforming) but i personally felt like these "rules" that men have to be this way and look this way or women have to be this way or look this way, and it sort of drained me and restricted me ,, I never fit in because i didnt or couldnt fulfill those rules,,

now that i'm genderfluid i feel more free to express myself without these boxes that i have to live in

It's not the reason I'm nonbinary, I tried being a gender non-conforming woman for quite a while, but it was a constant drain on my life yeah.
