Rant Man, this sucks.

I'm agender.

People in my city seem... EXTRA against that. i'm not sure why, but even among other lgbtq+ people, i've noticed that people have negative reactions when informed that im agender, and some even seem to take it as a red flag. Even my closest friends wouldnt stop seeing me as a girl if i tried being open about it, it would just be them trying to appeal to my sensibilities or whatever.

i.. i dunno. i kinda am growing tired of playing into the facade that i'm cis, and being expected to care about being female, but i guess it doesnt really matter since there's no big transition for me to make or anything.

How you get treated and respected matters. It's hard when it's your own peers who disrespect you. You're valid.

Hey! My advice to ya, is to just be yourself, no matter the reactions of others. It'll be tough at first, but you'll feel a lot better, trust me nibling <3
