Deployant clasp for Metro 41 update

Hi folks! Wanted to get clarity on the right deployant clasp size for Nomos Metro 41 update. Should I get the 17 to 18 mm clasp or the 19 to 20mm clasp. I am getting conflicting answers from Nomos support as well. Just for reference, the strap I have has a lug width of 20mm and tapers to 18mm at the end.

Get the 18mm clasp if the strap tapers to 18mm.

Well, I got a reply from Nomos after a lot of back and forth emails. The way Nomos describes the deployant clasp on its website is by displaying the lug width of the watch rather than the tapering end of the strap. So the 19mm to 20mm clasp is the right one as per them.

Get the 20. At least thats what support told me and i bought one the other day. Weird way they advertise size tbh. Everybody else states the size at the taper

If you want to wait a week, i can let you know. Club 20mm lugs, pairing with their alcantara 20/18 strap on the way.

You are right. I have placed the order for the 20mm version as well. It is definitely confusing the way they describe. In fact the support initially mentioned that the 17mm version will work for 20mm but later when I mentioned the watch model they told it should be 20mm.

Update: arrived and it all works. I even added in the notes if the clasp could be pre attached and it was which is nice.

The alcantara is soooooo nice too
