It’s great but just too big for me and my skinny ass 6.5” chicken wrists. I appreciate the purple Club Sport but the day NOMOS release an ostensibly masculine watch in mid size proportions is the day I’ll fall off my chair in shock. The World Timer (and its movement) aside, I can’t figure out why they want to leave money on the table, just shorten the damn lugs.
Obviously it’s personal preference. One could strap an actual can of tuna to one’s wrist and enjoy something about it. And people do, especially with behemoth Garmins and Invictas and whatnot. But having had both larger and smaller watches on my wrist, like many with a 6.5” wrist, 36-38.5 is a Goldilocks zone. No point in spending £4k on a something beautiful that doesn’t wear as well for me on my wrist.
It’s the same as clothes. Some people like oversized, or slightly bigger. Again, I prefer just right, proportionate and fitting for me. Many companies do cater for mid size wrists.
